Who is the fucking genius at Georgia DOT that determined it would be a good idea to remove a lane from the GA-400 Northbound ramp at I-85 FOR NO APPARENT REASON? Thanks to your efforts, traffic was backed up from the GA 400 ramps, down I-85 North, around the Brookwood Interchange, and a mile up I-75 South this morning. I, for one, sure am glad that we have brilliant engineers like you working hard to serve the public, because traffic in Atlanta is not bad enough. For your next project, I recommend removing a couple of lanes from the top end of I-285. Seriously, where did you get your degree? UGA?
