Tonight I covered the second networking event in as many weeks. This one happened to be put on by the American Marketing Association Young Professionals.

The event was held on the patio at Loca Luna, which was a pretty nice place to hang out and shoot. About halfway through the event, I ran into Cheryl, who I previously met at an Arts Safari event. We chatted for a bit and then I went on my way.

I enjoyed the crowd at this event, as everyone seems to be much friendlier at networking events. Also, networking events seem to bring out a disproportionate number of people in the public relations and event planning fields, both of which have a need for event photographers. Loads of contacts.

The AMA did an excellent job taking care of the photographer. Also, the appetizers provided at the event were top-notch and mighty tasty. I had a good time and enjoyed this event.
